Netvora is NOT a telecommunications carrier, internet service provider, cable company, or home security monitoring provider. All actual services, installations, equipment leases, customer billing, and ongoing technical support are provided directly by your selected telecommunications carrier or participating dealer.

• "Starting At" Pricing & Taxes: All monthly prices displayed on our portal represent promotional starting rates available to qualified new residential customers. Prices typically require enrollment in automatic payments (Autopay) and paperless billing. Advertised rates do not include government taxes, regulatory recovery fees, equipment rental charges (e.g., router/modem fees), or one-time installation fees unless explicitly noted.
• Geographical Availability: Telecommunications packages and fiber optic tiers vary significantly by street address and zip code. Entering your zip code on our website allows us to perform a preliminary availability lookup, but final service eligibility can only be confirmed upon formal application submission and credit qualification with the carrier.

4. Retailer Promotional Visa Reward Card Terms

To provide additional value to our customers, Netvora frequently offers exclusive retailer promotional incentives, such as prepaid Visa Reward Cards (valued between $150 and $200 depending on the provider and package selected). These incentives are funded by our retailer distribution network and are subject to the following standard requirements:

• The order must be placed directly through Netvora's online form or concierge telephone line.
• The customer must successfully complete installation and maintain active, paid service in good standing for at least 30 consecutive days.
• Upon reaching the 30-day milestone, our concierge team verifies account activation with the master distributor, after which the reward card is processed and delivered via physical mail or digital e-gift card within 4 to 6 weeks.
