All rates and offers are subject to change without prior notice and may require autopay, paperless billing, credit qualification, or specific equipment leases.
• Promotional Reward Cards: Any retailer promotional gift cards (such as $150–$200 Visa Reward Cards) mentioned on our portal are subject to specific eligibility terms. Generally, the customer must maintain active, paid service in good standing for at least 30 to 60 consecutive days and submit required claim verification within the specified window before the reward card is issued.
